We want to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. In order to ensure smooth processing and short waiting times, we kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment on time.

We are unable to serve patients who arrive more than 20 minutes late for their appointment. This policy ensures short waiting times and is in the interests of all patients.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we kindly ask you to do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this deadline may be subject to a fee (i.e. if a device – such as an at-home heart monitor – is returned overdue and therefore can’t be punctually passed on to the next patient).
